FontUp® Capsules is a food supplement based on green tea extract, rich in epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG). The plant-based capsules contain 100 mg of EGCG and allow for individualized dosing of 10 mg EGCG/kg body weight/day. For adults, this translates to a maximum of 5 capsules daily, ideally taken with main meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) following a 2-1-2 intake pattern. Clinically proven optimal bioavailability when taken with food.
This natural green tea extract has shown promising effects in the PENSA clinical study in individuals with subjective cognitive decline, considered a possible early stage of Alzheimer’s disease.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Each capsule provides 100 mg of EGCG. The recommended dose is 10 mg per kg of body weight per day. For adults weighing more than 50 kg, this means 5 capsules per day, ideally distributed across main meals (2-1-2). It is recommended to take the capsules with food and space them out throughout the day.
