Payment is made using a secure, direct connection to the banking institution in charge of the transaction. The customer’s bank and card details do not reach Grand Fontaine; they are processed directly by the banking institution. We accept Master Card, Maestro, Visa and Euro 6000.
Paying with PayPal
You can use your PayPal account to pay for your order. You will be redirected to the PayPal page where you can log in with your username and password to make the payment.
Shipping
FontDirect orders from Spain are sent free of charge from the first FontUp unit. Grand Fontaine deliveries are available in six different European countries, including: Belgium, France, Italy, Germany, Portugal, Ireland, Spain, Switzerland and United Kingdom.
Delivery timeframes
Products will be sent to the delivery address given when the order was made within a period of 3-5 working days.

Deliveries may be delayed by circumstances beyond FontDirect’s control. We are not responsible for delays caused by the transport company.
FontDirect reserves the right to cancel the dispatch of an order in the following circumstances:
* The delivery destination lies outside our area of coverage.
* When the delivery address has been changed or cannot be reached owing to natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, etc. or for land registry reasons. In this situation, please contact us to provide an interim delivery address.
Delivery times
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 19:00. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or public local holidays and festivities in Spain.
Orders made on Saturdays, Sundays and National/Regional holidays will be processed and packaged on the following working day, in line with the business calendar in Barcelona (Spain) and the corresponding agreement.
Delivery location
Orders will be delivered at home, or any other place indicated (workplace, delivery point…). If there is nobody to receive the delivery when it arrives, the product will be delivered to the nearest Post Office.
The order will be available at the Post Office for 14 days. After this period, the package will be returned to our warehouse and the order will be cancelled.
